Choosing the right panel.
Are the panels compatible with any pump brand?
Yes. Our panels work with electric and diesel pumps of any brand, provided their electrical specifications fall within the range of the selected model. If in doubt, we will help you choose the right one.
What is the difference between direct-on-line and star-delta starting?
Direct-on-line (DOL) starting connects the motor to full voltage: it is simpler and more affordable, suitable for motors up to about 22 kW. Star-delta (Y/Δ) starts the motor at reduced voltage and then switches over: inrush current drops to about a third. It is recommended for higher power ratings and on weak grids, to limit stress on the grid, transformer and motor.
When do I need a diesel pump panel?
When the system has to work without mains power, or when the standard and the project call for a pump with a diesel engine. The EVO-D DIESEL panel manages automatic start, the dual battery and the signals required by EN 12845.
Which standards do the fire panels meet?
EVO fire panels are designed to EN 12845, with reference to UNI 11292, UNI 10779 and EN 17451, and carry the CE marking under the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. You will find the details on the page Certifications.
What is the new EN 17451 standard?
EN 17451:2024 is the European standard that defines the design, assembly, installation and commissioning of pumpsets for sprinkler systems compliant with EN 12845, and it can also be applied to other water-based fire protection systems. It does not replace EN 12845: it complements it for the pumpset, of which the control panel is an integral part. EVO panels are designed with this in mind. Read more on the page Certifications.
Can I have protection higher than IP54 or a different colour?
Yes. As standard, panels come in a RAL 7035 metal enclosure rated IP54; on request we build IP55 or IP65 versions and other RAL colours. Just mention it in your quote request.
Do you build custom panels for the water cycle?
Yes: water lifting, drainage, pressure boosting and water treatment panels are designed from your system data (number of pumps, power ratings, level control, inverter, remote management). Send us the details and we will prepare a dedicated offer.

Do you accept orders from small installers?
Yes, we have no minimum order. We serve both large distributors and individual installers with the same quality and service.
How do I get the price of a panel?
The price is shown in the offer we send you within 24 working hours of your quote request. For larger quantities, other RAL colours, IP55/IP65 protection or extra options, we prepare a dedicated offer.
How do I request a quote?
Add models from the catalogue or the product pages and fill in the quote form: it takes less than two minutes. Alternatively, you can call us or write to us on WhatsApp or by email. We reply within 24 working hours.
Are panels in stock or built to order?
Most catalogue models are available from stock. Delivery times are confirmed in the quote; for customised models they are agreed case by case.

Yes, with tracked shipping and full documentation with every panel.

How long is the warranty on EVO panels?
All panels have a 24-month warranty from the delivery date covering manufacturing and component defects. Details on the page Warranty and support.
Can I request certified EN 12845 testing?
Yes. Every panel is tested at the factory before shipment. We supply the test report with calibration data, motor test and insulation measurement, along with the EU declaration of conformity.
What documents come with the panel?
Complete wiring diagram, test report with measurements, EU declaration of conformity and installation and maintenance manual.
Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes. Our technical team answers the phone Monday to Friday 8:00–17:30 and Saturday 8:00–12:00, and replies by email within 24 working hours. WhatsApp is also available for quick requests.
Are spare parts easy to find?
We only use standard components from leading brands, available everywhere: no proprietary parts. We also keep a stock of spare parts, shipped within 24–48 hours.
